• CHECKING AVAILABILITY & PRICES
Use one of the following methods:

Online booking:
check this system for up to date prices and online booking with
immediate confirmation. Card details are required to guarantee the first night.

confirm availability and prices
- Telephone: Speak directly with our reservation office
• MAKING A CONFIRMED BOOKING
- Online booking: card details required
- Booking by email or telephone: card details or payment of first night required.
• CHANGING A BOOKING

Any booking can be modified provided we have at least 48 hours
notice.
- For changes made less than 48 hours before arrival we reserve the right
to charge for the first night (if this is changed).
• CANCELLING A BOOKING
We require at least 48 hours notice to cancel a booking otherwise we charge
the balance due for the first night.

• CHECKING-IN
- You can check-in from 2pm onwards. Reception is open 24 hours per day
- If you arrive earlier and the room is not ready then you can leave you luggage
at reception (one bag free and £1 per additional bag).
• CHECKING-OUT
- Check-out time is 10.30am
- Late check-out is possible for £5 per hour from 11am
- Luggage can be left at reception (£2 per item per day)
• PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED
- Credit card*: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Debit card*: Maestro, Switch, Solo
- Cash: Pounds, Euros and US Dollars
- Traveller's cheques: Pounds only (£1.00 charge per cheque)
* There is a £2.00 charge for all card payments in London
• ROOMS
- All rooms are NON-SMOKING
- Wi-fi internet access is available in most rooms: low prices per hour, day
and week
